Carbon Capture
Optimizing Carbon Capture For a Sustainable Future
We are proud to play a role in enhancing and accelerating the integration of carbon capture technology in gas processing facilities. ABC provides a process design and continuing plant improvements for the construction and operation of post-combustion carbon capture. We deliver a novel process design and ready-made integration plan to commercialize post combustion carbon capture. Throughout the design iteration phases, numerous process innovations have been taken from concept and implemented to realize numerous OPEX and CAPEX savings. We are focused on optimizing carbon capture processes and reducing greenhouse gas emissions that help support sustainability goals.

Key Active Project
Glacier Natural Gas Plant
The Glacier Gas Plant Carbon Capture Facility is a first-of-its-kind project capturing CO2 directly from natural gas combustion exhaust within an existing brownfield processing plant.
This multi-phase program includes Phase 1, Phase 1b, and Phase 2. Phase 1b and Phase 2 are currently in construction with a scheduled completion date in 2026. ABC Engineering's scope includes expanding capture capacity from the initial 16,000 tpa to an additional 160,000 tpa in the final phase. The facility integrates carbon capture across ten natural-gas-fired compressor engines and introduces the first low-CI power turbine, reducing overall plant emissions to less than 10% of the original output.
