Our Pipeline & Wellsite Design Solutions
Our pipeline design team has experience planning and supporting installations using high-grade steel, HDPE, fiberglass, and composite materials - each selected and applied based on project needs and environmental conditions. We produce detailed alignment sheets, HDD profiles, below-ground stress analyses, and ditch schematics to guide safe and cost-effective construction. From single-line pipelines to complex multi-line installations in a common ditch, our team has executed designs across varied terrain using methods ranging from conventional trenching to plowing and specialty construction techniques.


Wellsite Power Solutions
We are dedicated to improving sustainability and minimizing environmental impact wherever it can be effectively applied. Our equipment is engineered for reliability and low emissions, integrating small-scale renewable power source - such as solar - supplemented by natural gas and fuel-cell technologies. All instrumentation can run on electric power or compact instrument-air systems, which effectively eliminates natural gas venting and significantly improving environmental performance.
Relevant Projects
Here are a few of our pipelines and wellsites projects that we’ve completed.
07-01 Wellsite
The 07-01 wellsite is a 24-well pad designed to produce up to 170 MMSCFD of natural gas. The site features sand separators, metering systems, and group separation equipment to efficiently manage gas, water, and condensate from each well. To enhance operational efficiency and reduce emissions, the facility utilizes small-scale power generation and instrument air in place of traditional instrument gas.
East Fault Block Trunk Pipelines
The East Fault Block Trunk Pipeline project was a multi-line gathering system designed to transport production and process fluids between wellsites and the Altares Gas Plant. The primary trunk line was a 16" steel pipeline carrying up to 140 MMSCFD of process gas. Installed in a common ditch alongside it were two 16" HDPE water distribution lines (20,000 m³/d capacity) and a 4" FlexPipe fuel gas line with a capacity of 6 MMSCFD.
